He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Doris Easton; his wife Margaret Ann Salzsieder; his children, Brian Easton (Gloria), Diane Schraufnagel (Jeffrey) and Russell Easton (Tammy); his grandchildren, Jason Easton (Quinn), Bridget McGinnis (Sean), Jesse Schraufnagel (Veronica), Paul Schraufnagel (Melissa), Kyle Rietveld, Britney Rietveld (Brian), Christopher Easton (Erin) and Allison Easton; his great grandchildren, Kaili, Brice Easton, Katharine, Madeline McGinnis, Leah, Emily, Jocelyn, David and Veronica Schraufnagel; his siblings-in-law, Thomas Salzsieder, Geri Hansen and Jeanette Salzsieder; his children, Lynn Rietveld and Robert Easton; and his granddaughter Robyn Lynn Rietveld. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews and cousins.

“Dear Easton Family, We are so sorry to hear the news of Larry’s passing. I am reminded of happy memories from childhood getting to know Mr Easton first as “my best friend Lynn’s Dad”, then as my high school math teacher. In recent years I’ve enjoyed bringing my own kids to see Mr Easton and experience the trains, phonograph, and all else that was magical about a visit to the Easton home!
