He is survived by: his friends, Stache, Richard, Pam, Dale, John, Sharon, Gary, Roger, Janet, Bill and Dana; his children, Cindy Tilque (Mark), Ken Winter Jr., Patti Horsens (Richard Schmidt) and Sara Hudson (John); his grandchildren, Kayla (Zachary), Kylie (Justin), Robert, Ashley (Joey), Brooke (Buddy) and Nicholas; his great grandchildren, Emma, Wyatt, Lily, Lexi, Hattie, Aubrey and Arthur; his fiancée Charlotte "Charlie" Solberg; and his brothers, Jim Winter (Janice), Dennis Winter (Sharon), Donnie Winter (Peggy) and Mark Winter (Annette). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
