He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth McDaniel and Charlotte McDaniel (Stanton); his wife Barbara Minnish; his son-in-law William Wagoner; his sister Mary Slank; and his great grandchild Tru Vandenberg.
He is survived by: his children, Kendyle Smith (John), Kelly Wagoner, Jim McDaniel (Debbie), Patti Frazier (Ed) and Robert Minnish. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
