He was predeceased by: his parent Ernest Flunker; and his siblings, Bernhardt Flunker, Ernest Flunker, Margaret Pomerening and Sarah Pankow.
He is survived by: his parent Amalia Flunker (Meydam); his wife Elsbeth; his children, Joel Flunker (Connie) and Christine Crofts (John); his grandchildren, Theodore, Elisabeth, Ruth Flunker, Benjamin Crofts and Alexander Crofts; and his sisters, Marcella Westphal and Joyce Ponto. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
