He was predeceased by : his children, Happy, Keith Jr. and Kennan; his parents, Albert Knudsen and Helga Knudsen (Larsen); his siblings, Dale, Donald, Eunice Rocca, Valera Schroeder and Erma Roethler; and his in-laws, Harold and Inger Kling.

He is survived by : his daughter Cathy Eisert; his wife Vernice Kling; his children, Kenneth Knudsen (Stephanie) and Karen Meador (Robert); his grandchildren, Camille Merchant Knudsen (Travis), Ian Meador (Brooke Berube), Nathaniel Meador (Maddi Marsh), Megan Eisert and Jen Eisert; his great grandchild Riley Meador; his sister Velma Wessel; and his sisters-in-law, Fern Knudsen and Laurann Patterson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Monday, July 1st 2024 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Our Savior's Lutheran Church (809 S Commercial St, Neenah, WI 54956). A funeral service will be held on Monday, July 1st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
