Kay Wingen Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kay Wingen of Neenah, Wisconsin, born in Waupaca, Wisconsin, who passed away on July 1, 2021 at the age of 81. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Kay Wingen to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Miller and Hilda Miller (Conrad); her siblings, Janice, Mayford, Leland and Arlen; and her husband Bill.

She is survived by: her siblings-in-law, Kenney Stafford and Janice Miller; her children, Bill Wingen, Jr. (Barb), Ann Keesler, Mike (Amy), Jake (Tara), Marc (Sarah) and Kathy Ciske (Larry); her grandchildren, John and Aimee (Jason); her daughter Penny Dabill (Ron); her grandchildren, Josh and Chris (Jenny); her daughter Beth Stamps (Corey); her grandchildren, Ashley (Travis), Skyelar, Emilee (Jake), Aliyah and Abrielle; her child Yulia (Carl); her granddaughter Jasmine; and also William "Bill" Wingen. She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren, and many more friends and relatives.
