She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Jacobs and Beverly Jacobs (Shackelford); and her children, Katie and Clem Weinandt. She is survived by: her husband Tony; her children, Amie Cisneros (Daniel), Stacy Berman (Josh) and Anthony Jr. Weinandt (Jeff Kivi); her grandchildren, Josh Jr., Halle and Aryanna; and her siblings, Lori Jacob (Rick) and Jeff Jacobs (Cheryl).
