He was predeceased by: his parents, John F. Kobinsky and Catherine A. Kobinsky (McGuire); his daughter Jane; and his siblings, Dorothy and Charles.
He is survived by: his wife Ruth Ann Hasley of Oshkosh; and his children, Tom (Darcy), Jack (Emily) and Karen (Rich). He is also survived by eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
