He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Cloutier and Dianne Ryan. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Cloutier; his daughters, Lindsay Feller (Chad) and Taylor Cloutier; his stepchildren, Jace John, Heather John (Austin Strobel) and Kenzie Jeffers; his grandchildren, Maverick Feller and Carter John; and his sisters, Suzanne Cloutier-Belina (Neil Kempf) and AnnMarie Cloutier.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund will be established.
