He was predeceased by: his parents, Edmund Shukoski and Agnes Shukoski (Giese); his daughter Amanda; and his siblings, Gloria, Mary Beth and Bernard.
He is survived by: his children, Sonja (Dalton), Brett (Cindy) and Elisha (Logan); his grandchildren, Oliver, Blake, Matthew, Lily and Jacob; and his siblings, Larry, Raymond, Gary, Donald, Duane, Ed, Karen, Pat and Nancy.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Menasha Post 2126 in John's memory.
