It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan R. Eake of Neenah, Wisconsin, who passed away on October 7, 2020, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Gordon Thompson and Bernice Thompson Swatscheno (Kuchenbecker); her siblings, Richard "Bud" Thompson, James Thompson, Helen Thompson and Ruth Eake (Thompson); and her grandson Cory Eake.
She is survived by: her husband Eugene Eake; her children, Debbie Narten (Rick), Laura Hoeper (Dan), Doug Eake (Lupe), Lisa Meetz (Mike) and Terri Eake (Sonia); and her grandchildren, Alex Quandt, Becky Quandt-Wasurick, Ryan Hoeper (Jenny), Matt Hoeper, Renee Berger (Brad), Yadira Rein (Bill), Andrea Eake, Levi Meetz and Amos Meetz. She is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren and many other relatives and friends.
