He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Hoffman and Thelma Hoffman (Stueck); his mother-in-law Judith Stolzman (Judy); his sister Charolette Kaquatosh (Ben); and his godson Adam Hoffman.
He is survived by: his daughter Hannah J. Hoffman; his wife Wendy J. Stolzman; his son Taylor; his siblings, Carol Goska (Leon), Christine Fredrick (Jim), Joseph (Betty), John (Kim), James (Kristin), Jeffrey (Wendy), Jule (Teresa), Jay (Cathy), Jan (Cindy) and Jed (Gina); his father-in-law Tom Stolzman; his brothers-in-law, Steve Stolzman (Vicki), Keith Stolzman (Lisa) and Kevin Stolzman (Jeannie); and his pet Masiy. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, friends.
