He was predeceased by: his parents, Edley Payne and Grace Payne (Porath); his son Steven; his siblings, Robert and Lois Denny (Clarence); his grandchildren, Lindsey and Michael Murphy; and his friend Lyle Lathrop (Audrey).
He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Gawlick; his children, Jeffrey Payne, Kathy Murphy (Kelly), Nancy Payne (Shawn Smith) and Michelle Blocker (Tony); his daughter-in-law Debbie; his grandchildren, Jason Payne (Jamie), Ryan Payne (Liz), Jena, Justin Murphy (Cassie), Anthony (Jen), Logan Blocker (Karlee), Giovanni (Caitlyn) and Erin Perillo; his great grandchildren, Ayden, Jameson, Ava Payne, Sage Murphy, Lorenzo, Vincent Perillo and Archer Blocker; his sister-in-law Judy Payne; and his close friends, Larry Krause (Sharon) and Dean Lenhardt (Jody).
Funeral services will be held at 12:00 noon on Monday, January 10, 2022 at Trinity Lutheran Church, 407 Oak Street, Neenah (please wear a mask for mom).
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in Jerold's name.
