He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Carl, Janet Miller and James O'Conner. He is survived by: his parents, Brian Miller and Lori Miller; his siblings, Jacob Miller (Brenda) and Brianna Miller (John DePlacito); his grandmother Carol O'Conner; and his close friend Jordan Rouse. He is also survived by many uncles, aunts, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts will be used to defray funeral expenses in addition to a charitable donation to the Algoma Public Library in Jeremy's name.
