He is survived by: his children, Cassandra and James; his pets, Kit-Kat, Tubby and Solitaire; his wife Mary; his siblings, David (Lori), Vicky Weyland (Rusty Morey) and Debbie Foth; and his nieces and nephews, Sarah, Melissa, Kimberly Bates (Chris), Andria, Brianna Carter (Tom), MaKenzie, Candice, Jodie, David Jr. and Bradley.

Out of concern for everyone's safety, masks will be required inside the church and social distancing will be enforced.
