He is survived by: his friend Pamela; his son Jim; his wife Pamela (Bondow); his children, Justun Hart (Julie), Britni Adams (Tom), Courtney Fredrickson (Tyler) and Samantha Raspel (Paul); his grandchildren, Olivia, Rosemary Hart, Anna, Lauren, Emmy, Jack Adams, Evangeline and Jude Fredrickson; his siblings, Anna Hart, Bob and Ted Hart; and his caregivers, Respiratory, Dr. Eric Duwell, Aurora, Dr. Robert Geck, Dr. David Koeper, Dr. Daniel Sturgill, Dr. Thomas Van Sistine, Physiatrist, DaVita Fox River Dialysis, Green Bay and Gold Cross Ambulance. He is also survived by sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews and cousins.
