He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Francart and Agnes Francart (Nowak); his wife Dorothy; his siblings, Francis, Rose Marie Agnes, Ethel, Marcella, Geraldine, Edward and Judith; and his brother-in-law Jim (Sally).
He is survived by: his children, Patty Falzone (Sam), William Francart (Shari), Don Francart (Barbara), Mary Francart and Jean Stuebs (Steve); and his brother Robert Francart. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; 5 step-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given in Jim's name to St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church.
