With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jacob Antonio Meyer (Neenah, Wisconsin), who passed away on November 7, 2018 at the age of 15. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his grandfathers, Richard Miller and Stanley Meyer. He is survived by: his parents, Mark Meyer and Marla Meyer; his siblings, Kelsi Meyer (Alex Faust) and Luke Meyer; and his grandmothers, Mary Miller and Dorothy Meyer. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

In lieu of flowers a memorial is being established.
