She was predeceased by: her father Donald Dorn; her husband Roy Sisk Sr.; her parents-in-law, Rosemarie and Raymond Sisk; and her grandmother Ginny.
She is survived by: her children, Tanya Dorn, Breanna DeWitt (Patrick), Roy Jr. Sisk (Samantha) and Ravyn Sisk (Josh Heuer); her grandchildren, Alexander, Leland, Amber, Novah and Skyla; her mother Jeanette Dorn; and her siblings, Steven Dorn (Ellen), Ginger Sampson (Randy), Wendy McDowell (Adam), Lori Oney (Robert) and Diane Dorn. She is also survived by Numerous nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
