He was predeceased by: his daughter Allison Mai; his parents, Angela Mai and Herman Mai; and his siblings, Thomas Mai, Charles Mai and Barbara Myers (Mai).
He is survived by: his wife Lynda Mai. He is also survived by his 8 children, 10 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting a donation to the Alzheimer's Association.
