He is survived by: his children, Miles Falck and Jennifer Falck (Tony Kuchma); his granddaughters, Ruby Kuchma and Eleanore Falck; his sister Kim Harms; and his friend Mary Lou Hoelzel.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are being established for the Neenah Club and the Boys' and Girls' Brigade.
