He is survived by: his wife Christine Gail Whiteside (Cook); his children, Debroah Jean Whiteside Engel, Michael Cooper Whiteside and James Stewart Whiteside (Mandy Kuiken); his grandchildren, Lauren Chirstine Engel, Max Jean Engel, Bailey Raine Engel (Joshua Johns), Tilly Jean Whiteside and Cora Lou Whiteside; and his great grandchildren, Alexander James Engel, Hazel Raine Engel, Preston Allen Engel, Josephine Aiko Johns and Noriko Pearl Jean Johns. He is also survived by other relatives and countless friends.
