Garland George Smith Obituary

We are sad to announce that on October 10, 2023, at the age of 90, Garland George Smith of Neenah, Wisconsin passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Douglas Smith and Marion Smith; his wife Edna Mae Smith (Schoepel); his siblings, Don Smith, Devon Smith, Marvel Buksyk and Beverly Smith; his grandson Andrew Smith; his brother-in-law Ron Schoepel; and his in-laws, Shirley and Richard Ruby.

He is survived by: his children, Steve (Shawn), Randal, Greg and Carrie Carr (Russell); his grandchildren, Sarah Carlson (Erik), Ryan Smith (Cierra), Joshua Smith, Jessica Smith, Jason Carr, Kristi Bradley, Kait Vande Walle (Jake) and Aaron Storts (Amanda); his great grandchildren, Taylor, John Carlson, Cameron, Kannen, Breyer Bradley, Kira Wichman, Dolly, Dennis, Rosco, Fancy Vande Walle, Remy, Zoey Smith, Corrah, Carmen and Wyatt Storts; his siblings, Donna Kopitske (Harley) and Perry Smith (Veronica); and his in-laws, Tom Schoepel (Judy) and Connie Schoepel (Judy).

In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund will be established to benefit ThedaCare Regional Medical Center in Neenah.
