He is survived by: his wife Diana; his children, Dan Michalski, Mark Johnson (Shelly), Carol Endries (Randy), Jody Schwartzkopf (Todd) and Patric Meyer (Ted); and his grandchildren, Ashley (Josh), Deanna (Aron), Mackenzie, Duke, Dean, Jenny, Cody (Kyrstin), Carson, Tawny (Scott) and Tia. He is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren, other relatives, and friends.
