She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Wehrenberg and Harriet Wehrenberg; and her brother-in-law Kenneth Brye. She is survived by: her husband William Chick; her children, Sue Golden (Pat), Steve, Diane (Carl), Tom and Mike; her grandchildren, Ryan Hoerning (Niki), Ashley Chick and Whittney Laue (Jered); her great grandchildren, Ellie Hoerning and Emery Wuyts; her sister Eleanor Brye of Coon Valley, WI; her niece Karen McGarvey (Garland); her nephew Knute Brye (Jill); and her pet Bella.

A memorial has been established in Liz's name for Trinity Lutheran Church in Menasha, WI.
