He is survived by: his wife Jan; his daughters, Mary DeKeyser and Beth Krause (Darin); his grandchildren, Theodore and Cecelia Krause; his siblings, Bill and Janet; and his siblings-in-law, Jim McLeod and Jean Spilker. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins, along with many friends.
