He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold F. Westphal and Beatrice A. Westphal (Curtis); his brother Jerry; his parents-in-law, Clarence Janz and Dorothy Janz; and his sisters-in-law, Beatrice Luedtke (Janz) and Louise (Steward Janz).
He is survived by: his sons, Duane and Jerry; his wife Pat; and his siblings-in-law, Mary Westphal, Steward Janz of Fruita, CO, Keith Janz (Margaret) of Adell, WI, Dennis Janz (Margie) of Adell, WI, Vincent Janz (Betty) of Adell, WI and Glenn Luedtke of Adell, WI. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, grandnieces, and grandnephews.
In lieu of flowers, it is requested that donations be made to the Alzheimer's Foundation, the American Heart Association, your local hospice program, or your favorite high school band.
