He is survived by: his wife Kathy Pihlstrom; his children, Kerry Serwe (Adam), Wesley Boelter, Terri Boelter, Jeremy Boelter (Mindy), Chris Boelter, Jennifer Burton and Kyle Fink (Heather); and his siblings, Al Boelter (Kris), Ken Boelter (Julainne), Carol Hartjes and Shelley Stanley (Matt). He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
