She was predeceased by: her parents, John F. Zenefski and Cecilia Zenefski (Pozolinski); her husband Keith W. Forsythe; her sons, Jeffrey and Gerald; and her parents-in-law, Bernard and Marie Forsythe.
She is survived by: her daughter Diane Schanke (Herb) of Minocqua; her grandchildren, Joshua, Adam, Connor Schanke, Michael (Ashton) and Stacy Forsythe (Brandon); and her siblings-in-law, Marlinda Shukosky and Jim Hooyman (Deb). She is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren, extended family and friends.
