He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur Peperkorn and Ardis Peperkorn (O'Dell). He is survived by: his wife Barbara Mooney; his brother Big; his sons, Mark (Wendy), Mike (Kristine Foss-Peperkorn) and Matt (Mandy); his grandchildren, Chase, Sydney, Sophia, Ethan and Grace; and his siblings, Lonita Koplar, Janalee Cruz (Alex) and Dennis. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, David's family is asking that donations be made to Samaritan Counseling Center of the Fox Valley in his name.
