He is survived by: his mother Christine Perkins,; his siblings, Bryan Perkins (Angie), Alex Perkins and Alyssa Perkins; his nieces and nephews, Hannah, Olivia, Aryana, Landen and Owen; his grandparents, Edwina Schueler and Larry Perkins; his friends, Jack, Brandon and Brett; his godparents, Kelly Brodhagen and Frank Melchion; and also Alex Phillips. He is also survived by many aunts and uncles and cousins.
