He was predeceased by: his parents, Neal Jack and Lauretta Jack; and his sister Marcia (Kathryn Jack). He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Rand (Kate); his sons, Terry Jack (Ellen), Christopher Jack (Kristy) and Daniel Jack Jr. (Brian); his grandchildren, Nathan (Mackenzie), Griffin (Maddie), Peyton (Grace), Christian (Sydney) and Hannah Jack; his great grandchild Joseph Jack (Joey); his sister Nancy Zeuthen (Tom); his close friend Carol Reinhardt; and his sibling Terry. He is also survived by brothers and sisters in law.
