He was predeceased by: his father Oscar Boelter; his sister Vickie; and his brothers-in-law, Skip and David. He is survived by: his mother Marion Boelter; his sisters, Debera Wilcox and Lisa Phillips (Curt); and his nieces and nephews, Monica, Jeff, Paul, Tommy, Grace, Aleesha and Kalie. He is also survived by great nieces and nephews, and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Visitation was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Calvary Chapel (2136 E Newberry St, Appleton, WI 54915). A memorial service was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
