She was predeceased by: her stepfather Arthur Boerson; her children, Kevin Kroeger and Kelly Kroeger; her brother Clem Alsteen; and her brothers-in-law, Francis Schmidt (Judith) and Jerry Vissers (Janet).
She is survived by: her parents, Luben J. Alsteen and Philomene A. Alsteen (Meier); her children, Timothy Mayo (Gail) and Melissa Mayo (Tony Rodriguez); her grandchildren, Jalen Franklin, Jasmine Mayo-Rodriguez, Janae Rodriquez, Chase Mayo, Quinn Pressel (Vida Rebello) and Shelby Pressel (Josh Eake); her great grandchildren, Adaliyah, Dehklyn and Finnley; her siblings, Judith Schmidt, Janet Vissers and James Alsteen (Louise); her sister-in-law Nathalie Alsteen; her godchildren, Dana Burkhart and Roger Sundin; her aunt Noelle Meier; and also William Mayo (Nancy). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
