She was predeceased by: her parents, Ervin Denk and Eleanor "Nora" Denk (Tuschel); her sister Veronica Tuschel; her half-sister Linda Hastings; and her former husband Joseph W. Belling.

She is survived by: her husband Nick; her daughter Lora; her son-in-law James Scheffen; her son Scott; her daughter-in-law Ruth Gadicke; her stepchildren, Sam Nessler (Jennifer), David Nessler (Tamra), Niki Nessler (Steve) and Cindy Blaskowski; her grandchildren, Amanda Matula, Tiffany Nelson (David), Rachel Gadicke, Cory Gadicke, Casey Gadicke, Brandon Scheffen, Rebecca Scheffen and James Gadicke; her stepgrandchildren, Alexandria Nessler, Isabel Nessler and Halen Brogen; her great grandchildren, Emilea and Nora Matula; her stepgrandchildren, Robert Belair (Marcia), Janet Bartke, Rosanne Belair and Peggy Murray (Robert); and her brother-in-law Carl "Butch" Hastings.
