She was predeceased by: her parents, Jim Schmitzer and Janice Schmitzer; and her mother-in-law Bonnie Kasten. She is survived by: her children, Bryce Kasten, Addie Kasten and Elliot Kasten; the father of her children Cody Kasten; her sisters, Stacy Frakes (David) and Vicky Holt (Mark); her father-in-law Marvin Kasten; and her nieces and nephews, Jake Frakes (Rebecca), Jordan Vanderloop (Mark), Tyler Holt (Lexi), Alex Holt and Morgan Frakes.
In lieu of flowers, donations will be accepted for addiction/mental health services.
