She is survived by: her husband Dave Koslowski; her children, Amy Przybylski (Erick) and Brian Koslowski (Jamie); her grandchildren, Adalyn, Carsen, Nathan and Mason; her siblings, Donna Day (Kerry), Dennis Nyback and David Nyback (Garth Zimmermann); and her brother-in-law Marc Koslowski (Karla). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
