She was predeceased by: her parents, Lucile Johnson (Jacobson) and Kenneth Johnson; her pet Saylor; her grandparents, Bill, Jennie Jacobson, Chris and Minnie Johnson; and her uncles, Earl Jacobson (Marilyn) and Robert Jacobson (Isabel).

She is survived by: her wife Kelli J. Carroll of Appleton, WI; her pet Jack; and her brother Dale Johnson (Alma).
