He is survived by: his mother Peggy Waterworth (Jones) of Fall River; his son Alexander Waterworth of Appleton; his brothers, Scott Waterworth (Tracy) of Neenah and Eric Waterworth (Marie) of Fairfax, VT; and his nephews, Nicholas Waterworth (Brie Bergholz), Jared Waterworth and Sean Waterworth.
