She was predeceased by: her parents, Nicholas Blazonin and Mary Blazonin (Eugene Robert Lerza); and her brother Frank Blazonin. She is survived by: her husband Gene; and her children, Joseph Lerza and Mary Lerza Bartosic. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren.
