She was predeceased by: her parents, John Pawlacyk and Edna Pawlacyk; and her sisters, Lyn Tomberlin (Wade) and Pat Zarrahy (Joe). She is survived by: her friend Roger; her grandchildren, Phillip Kleman (Bri), Alison Ciccioni (Sam), Megan Ata (Ramsey), Andrea Carlton (Colin), Ethan Guyant (Katie), Anna Koeppel and Justin Bondurant; her great grandchildren, Kasen, Kenley, Kolton Kleman, Conner Carlton, Lucas Ciccioni and Hannah Ciccioni; her brother Bill Pawlacyk (Sheryl); and also, Wally Kleman (Marcia), Laurie Erickson (Mike), Kurt Kleman and Sheri Kleman.

In lieu of flowers a memorial fund in Barb's name has been established.
