She was predeceased by: her parents, Fernando Yañez and Petra Yañez (Mejià) of Yañez; her former husband Ernesto; and her siblings, Jose Yañez and Concepción Yañez of Rojas.
She is survived by: her daughters, Brenda Mizenko (Jeff) of Summerset, SD and Dayna Velasco of Portland, OR.. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
