She is survived by: her daughter Jackie Puetz (Ken); her daughter-in-law Bernie Kuborn (Gary); her grandchildren, Stephanie Huxley (Michael), Tyler Luebke (Elizabeth) and Jill Luebke; and her great grandchildren, Lawson and Bailey Luebke. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
