He is survived by: his father Arthur Jacobs; his wife Jean Jacobs; his sisters, Laura Wolff (Jeff), Julie McKendrick (Richard), Theresa Bangart (Norman), Debra Jacobs (Tony Koehn), Anita Delyea (Jim Wood) and Lee Ann Salm (Chris); and his sister-in-law Chris Hansen (Steve). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
