He is survived by: his wife Debbie DeCoster; his sons, Marty DeCoster (Jackie), Mike DeCoster (Becki) and Amos DeCoster (Kim Vanden Boogard); his grandchildren, Chloe, Drew, Jadyn, Ariah, Carter, Claire, Nevaeh and Danicah; his brother Al DeCoster (Barb); and his siblings-in-law, Doris VanHeuklon (John), Vickie Zollpriester (Jim), Kim Fassbender, Dennis Welhouse (Nancy), Dan Welhouse (Linda), Darrel Welhouse (Karen) and Lisa Hartjes (Dave).
