He was predeceased by: his grandfather Thomas O'Connor; his aunt Constance Smith; and his friend John Van Rossum. He is survived by: his daughters, Kenzie and McKenzie Ryann O'Connor (Elizabeth "Liz" O'Connor); his parents, Tina Guyette (Scott) and Patrick O'Connor; his siblings, Samantha Treml (Jeremy) and Bradley O'Connor (Amber Delfosse); his nephew Hayden Treml; his niece Harper Treml; and his grandmothers, Florence Zehren and Kathleen O'Connor. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Children's Hospital of Wisconsin MACC Fund Clinic or The Fisher House Foundation.
