He was predeceased by: his parents, Erwin Westphal and Lily Westphal of Neenah; his siblings, Eugene, Norman and Norma; and his brother-in-law Arlyn Johnson.
He is survived by: his siblings, Harvey Westphal (Pat), Sandy Hackstock (Dave) and Audrey Peterson (Tom). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Due to COVID, no funeral service or visitation will be held.
