He is survived by: his spouse Bonnie Jean Rattunde Zak (Oakes); his children, Richard Zak (Sheryl) of Hagerman, ID, Gary Zak (Karen) of Florence, CO, June Gill of Necedah, WI and David Zak of Onalaska, WI; his grandchildren, Christopher Zak (Kimberly) of Verona, WI, Lori Klicko (Andy) of Reedsburg, WI, Micah Zak of Belleville, IL, Becky Mullane (Ryan) of Sheboygan, WI and Nathan Zak (Sarah) of Arlington, VA; his great grandchildren, Adam Zak, Kate Zak of Verona, WI, Shae Klicko, Ethan Klicko of Reedsburg, WI, Alexis, Natalia, Chloe, Olivia Zak of Belleville, IL, Liam Mullane and Finnigan Mullane of Sheboygan, WI; his nephew Ed Szachnit (Lorna) of Stevens Point, WI; his sisters, Eileen Roberts of Oakdale, CA, Milada Kover (John) of Menifer, CA and Margaret Duke of Oakdale, CA; and also, Shirley Szachnit of Lisle, IL and Franklin Zak of Grand Forks, ND. He is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
