He was predeceased by: his parents, William Needles and Rosemary Needles (Brock); and his stepgrandson Donnie Beck. He is survived by: his wife Carol Needles; his daughter Amber Wilke (Matt); his grandsons, Michael, Eli and Alex; his brother Robert Needles (Sue); his stepson Josh Horton; his stepgrandchildren, Rowen and Johana; his stepdaughter Crystal Horton; his stepgrandchildren, Abby and Dalton; his stepchild Ashley Horton; and his stepgrandchild Zada. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, other relatives, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, Bill would like donations made to Chasing Daylight Animal Shelter in Tomah.
