He is survived by: his wife Amy Kolk; his children, Kevin of Necedah, David of Mauston, WI and Carla Morgan (Terrence) of Menasha, WI; his grandchildren, Jessica, Brandon, Richard, Devon and Colton; his great grandchild Carson; and his siblings, Clyde (Laura) of Florida and Jean Budd (Donald) of Michigan. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are encouraged to the family instead to help out with the funeral expenses.
